Rotate Images Widget
Happy Labor day everyone!
After having a seriously long weekend (if you know what I mean), I am back and ready to Widget…
If you are looking for a rotating image Widget, this one is quite interesting. It allows you to enter a search term and/or web site you would like to display images from. So if you have an image rich site where you want to display the photos on your website or blog, this may be an easy answer for you.
Check this out…I entered the keyword “fish”, and ask the Widget to search only Wikipedia.com
Here’s the resulting Widget:
I guess this might be great if you have a list of sites which contain pics you want to display. If you like you can grab the Widget from WidgetBox.com by clicking the “Get Widget” button at the bottom of the Widget.
Here’s another photo image rotator which operates in a similar way, but has much more control of how, and what you display. You do need to have a Flickr account in order to make this puppy work to your taste.
Upside is you can search by date the picture was taken, select the size of the Widget, as well as change colors to fit the theme of your site.
and…And…AND….you can add text. So there!…
Pretty cool huh?
